Heritage Hills Golf Resort
About
Heritage Hills Golf Course plays across the lush, rolling hillsides that York County is known for. The course has a classic design with some tough holes that will test even seasoned players. The layout also offers plenty of risk-reward opportunities that encourage you to carefully think about your strategy on each hole. The greens are large and undulating and the fairways are expertly manicured. Golfers will have to contend with the hilly terrain, particularly on the par-3 fifth and par-4 16th holes, which have the most dramatic elevation changes. Native vegetation accents the landscape and there are also interesting water features that come into play throughout. Heritage Hills Golf Course's pretty landscape provides some beautiful scenery to go along with your round, especially during the spring when the pear and cherry trees begin to bloom.

First time back since late 1990’s
Played HH for the first time since the late 1990’s and loved it! Huge greens. Nice layout. Shot 80 with three 3-putts.
The only thing that’s kept me away all these years is the greens fee.. Normal rate has always been too high. Got a deal for half the normal rate and grabbed it. I will go back if I can get a good deal on GolfNow.
Interesting holes
Had a very enjoyable day. Would love to play again.
One of the best courses in central Pennsylvania.
Heritage hills is One of the best courses in central Pennsylvania, by far.
Weather
Did not get to play this round of golf due to inclement weather, hopefully we will get to play here sooner than later.
As of 6/07/21
Course was in great shape. Tee boxes were very good and the greens were also in great condition... Today was a very hot afternoon and thankfully, the beer wss cold.
6-6-21
No sand or rakes in bunkers. Extremely slow even at 7:30 am. 5 some allowed in front of us. Pro shop looks closed. Cart paths bad. No amenities at all. Not worth the price
Staff?
Started when we pulled into the parking lot. Nothing is marked telling you where the clubhouse is. So we walked around and finally found somebody that work there and ask them where the clubhouse was. When we walked into the clubhouse there is nothing in the clubhouse. No merchandise whatsoever! No balls, clubs, apparel, nothing. Deal the girl that was behind the register acted like it was a chore for her to help us. The staff was unfriendly just took our money through one of the receipts to us which went on the floor and didn’t say I’m sorry or excuse me. The course was not well-maintained. Sand traps had stones in them not groomed the grass was thick not manicured not a very nice course.I’ve paid less money at other golf courses that were in much better shape and the staff was friendly. Nobody in my group was happy with the course or the staff. We will never play there again.
Tough day at Heritage hills Golf resort
Very tuff conditions, windy and cold. Snowed the night before in APRIL. The pollen made it unbearable. No warm-up, stiff as a board. Got it together on the back 9, made two birdies and played safe.
The course itself was in pristine condition. The greens were rolled and cut for a tournament the next day. There was no two putt guarantee on any green.
My review
I’ve played this course many times but not since 3 years ago The greens were good in spite of aerated lately, the tee boxes were good and the fairways were good. My biggest complaint with this course has always been the cart paths. Previous owners didn’t upgrade and now it seems the new owners don’t seem to want to either. Also, I was disappointed in the pro shop. Only a slim inventory and when I asked why I was told “the pandemic”. The starter was extremely pleasant and personable.
I quess you are used to playing on the PGA tour
