Good value
Good bang for the buck. I was first tee time out as a single an$ completed my round in 2.5 hours. Moderate difficulty, lots of hills, in excellent condition
Bug City
The bugs were almost unbearable. The tee boxes were as long as the rough. You could have bad lies on tee boxes bc there were no flat lies. On most holes you can not tell the difference between the rough and the fairway. The course is simply not in good shape. Would not go back again.
Horrible course!
This was by far the worst course I and the other in my party have ever played. The facility is just trash. Unsaved roads and parking lot. Pro shop looks like a flea market and the course was just poorly keep. Tee boxes and fairways were riddled with weeds. Greens were fair but it basically looked like someone took a fam, mowed the grass, dug 18 holes and stuck 18 flags in them and called it a golf course. At $28 / person, it’s overpriced and that is pretty pathetic. I would not play this course again if someone paid me to do so.
course is very hilly but provides an interesting day
hills make this course difficult for most but the course is short and provides for an interesting day.
Hidden Greens
A lot of blind shots to the greens. As only a second time player of this course, that make it challenging. Course might be short, but the hidden approach shots and hills make this a nice challenge for the average golfer.
Short classic
Really goofy routing (starts with a drivable par 4) and missing some classic hazards. Greens are microscopic against the hills, but perfect speed for their difficulty.
Front gets boring, back doesn't. Short hitters will be happy here.
Challenging
A few holes you are hitting blind, so first time play can be tricky. Overall a challenging course but not long. Greens and fairway in good shape. Could have used a few direction signs for next tee box. I’ll come again
Excellent course for the money!
One of my favorite things about this course is it have a Beautiful FULL SIZE driving range to warm up. Then it has a large variety of wide fairways, narrow fairways, doglegs, you name it! The only thing this course is missing are ponds, that would make this a first class course!
Manor
The course is fun to play and in great shape. Excellent value for 30$ with cart. They have adapted to the new “social distancing” rules but still offer amenities.
Decent great friendly staff. I played in November in Pennsylvania so conditions are just rough
Thank you for playing Manor Golf Club. We are sorry the course did not meet your expectations. Our pro shop is fully stocked, and has great bargains for our customers, sorry that you view it as a flea market as we have more merchandise in a condensed area to comply with covid safety distancing. The course is normally in excellent shape-but yes, we did have some crab grass issues lately given the heat, rain and humidity. Greens are in great shape. Cart paths and parking lot do need addressing-we have addressed a few more pathes last year and will continue to address as we are able. Our family works very hard to provide a great golfing experience to all who play-it is truly our passion. -We also price our facility based upon the conditions. We are not a country club and do not price it that way.
