Disappointed w/course conditions
This course is usually in much better shape. Maybe the early season conditions were to blame. Greens were so long they were unputtable. Fairways and tee boxes needed a trim as well. I will wait until at least May to play here again.

This course is always in excellent condition! Would be nice if players would fix ball marks. So much easier for the grass to die when it is so cold.

Great Conditions in February
Have played multiple courses in January and February of 2023, and Fairview was in the best shape. The greens were perfect, and the fairways were nice. They have definitely been doing some off-season work maintaining the course.

The course was in nice shape, especially for February! The greens were surprisingly fast. Can't wait to play it again in the spring!

The course was in great condition. I have played at least once a week all winter, the greens were in better shape than any other course I’ve played.
