Not par for the course.
It’s only March, so course improvements are still underway. Rain the night before made it the worst CART PATH ONLY round imaginable. Wet greens, muddy fairways and absolutely swamped on the 12th left me covered up to the knees in spattered mud. Ball cleaners would have helped a lot, but pre-season, so not in place. Will be back, but only when it’s dry.
Windy day
Windy most of the round. Made it a wee bit chilly. Greens haven't healed from the last plugging, lot of bounce going on. Naturally the grass needs some warm days to recoup from winter. Good company, good day.
First Round This Year
Course was in surprisingly good shape. Nice to be able to get back out again, at a reasonable price. Not crowded, so we moved along at a good pace. Will be back again.
February
Can’t really give a fair review beings it’s February and course is still wet and out of season. Not bad though had a good time.
Winter golf
Always great bang for your buck. Wasn’t expecting anything special in mid February but it was a good round. Staff is A+.
Good day for golf.
Temperature went up to about 60 degrees. Cart path only as everything was thawing. Finished in just about 3 hours.
Course needs love
Overly dry tee boxes, some just completely dirt. Minefield greens. Dead fairways. Seems they didn't attempt to combat this year's drought at all. Veteran discount made this somewhat worth it.
not worth it
the price point doesn’t make it worth it. course is super burnt out and shaggy at the same time, which doesn’t make sense but it’s true- the 6th hole was closed and had a replacement after 18 that may have been the nicest green on the course. everyone’s friendly and what not, but just not worth it for the money.
Nice layout, please cut the greens.
Most Holes are straight, lets you rip it if you can, forgiving if you stray as they cut most grass on the course/between fairways. 3 par 5s, some cool elevation change holes. Cant give 4 stars until greens cut lower/truer, they played slow. Gotta save my strokes man. Clubhouse dude was nice, they have alc on site/snacks.
Great for casual a round
Greens are slow as carpet. Staff is extremely friendly. Good course layout for all skill levels. Was a fun day.
Slow greens
Great, simple course for the average golfer. Staff is friendly, let you golf right until just before dark, and greens fees are affordable. Back 9 is very scenic, front 9 is a little generic. Worth a play, but be warned their greens are like putting in mud.
