Links Course at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort
The Links Course is one of two 18-hole courses at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. It is the original course that was built in 1970 and later joined by the Pete Dye-designed Mystic Rock in 1995. The course has a classic layout that may be less difficult than the other course but it is still guaranteed to keep you on your toes. Both golf courses tumble across the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania, sprawling across over 2,000 acres of woodlands. Mature trees frame most of the holes on the Links and high rough also lurks beside the fairways. Water hazards come into play on a few holes as well. The golf course is a manageable 6,658 yards but the greens can be surprisingly tricky. The round is perfectly complemented by scenic views of the Alleghenies that can be enjoyed on almost every hole.
